superb stay!
nice roombig showersmart tvparty noise
i found my room to be very nice and well-equipped. the bathroom included a big shower and a jacuzzi. i enjoyed the pool, quite refreshing and relaxing. the big tv with smart options like netflix and youtube kept me entertained during downtime.
I noticed a party on the 9th floor went on until 1 am and my room was on the 7th floor. I wasn't told about it. i paid extra for a restful stay, but it was difficult to rest well with the noise. some prior notice would have been appreciated.

the hotel features a rooftop pool accessible from 10 am to 6 pm during the summer months. a professional lifeguard monitors the area, ensuring child safety and maintaining a secure environment. the pool area provided a relaxing space.

the hotel boasts a prime location, with the medina just a short 5-minute walk away. the louage station is also nearby, providing convenient transportation options. its central placement enhanced my ability to explore.

The room had a nice city view from the window. It was on a high floor. Breakfast included fresh fruit and omelets made to order. Staff offered helpful assistance with directions and recommendations for local restaurants.
The rooftop pool area was not well kept. It was closed . The gym facility had limited equipment. It needed more variety. Housekeeping missed replenishing toiletries one day. I had to call for shampoo.
