The hotel car park access was difficult from the hotel, and vice versa. It was expensive.

The hotel is close to several champagne houses (a perfect base for exploring). there's parking right by the hotel. It is secure and very convenient. i found a great deal, made the price attractive. i'd happily come back!

i booked a table for dinner that got confirmed, but upon arrival, they told me there was no space because of a large group. they offered no help finding another place, and the location isn't near the city center. i thought this was unprofessional for such a big company.

the location was very close to the center of the city. the hotel had a cool rooftop bar, a great spot to grab a drink before heading into town. i noticed the hotel is new and this gave it a modern atmosphere.

The staff was very friendly and spoke english well. I appreciated that they welcomed dogs warmly and provided snacks and bags (a thoughtful touch). Breakfast offered many options. I found public parking next door very convenient.

The linen felt beautiful and was looked super fresh. It really enhanced the room. I appreciated the courteous and helpful staff. Karen at reception ensured a smooth check-in. The rooftop access proved a lovely bonus .

I found the rooftop bar closed for a private event upon arrival.

The front desk provided excellent customer service. I also noticed very efficient housekeeping. Our room was made up while we had breakfast one morning. Catherine's service was excellent.

I found the parking difficult to access from the hotel. There are no drop-off arrangements for luggage. The parking was expensive despite the special rate. Bedroom lighting was more about style than function.
