I found the staff consistently helpful. Fils at the lobby was particularly excellent. the hotel location provides convenient access to a nearby mall. my room was quiet, promoting good rest after busy days. i also enjoyed a refreshing swim in the well-kept pool.

the gym equipment showed some wear and could use an update, it was a minor inconvenience though.

The staff was very helpful and polite. Everyone spoke English well enough for easy communication. The hotel offered a complimentary shuttle to the Genocide Memorial and shopping areas (which was very convenient). My room was modern, and the pool was a nice amenity.

The room's cleanliness was not great. The carpet needed thorough cleaning. The curtains were broken and hanging, not looking very presentable. I also found the pillows to be too soft for my liking.

the breakfast buffet offered many options. there was seating both inside and outside by the pool area. the pool area included lounge chairs shaded by trees and umbrellas.

the shuttle service to the airport was not complimentary.
