cracked bathroom floor excessive prices
the location was good, and the outside of the building looked excellent. however, the room i stayed in was disappointing. the cracked bathroom floor was really off-putting. also, the prices charged inside the hotel were excessive especially for half a pint of beer costing €6.50.

convenient location easy access good variety professional service
I found the hotel's location very convenient for seeing local attractions. it allowed easy access to the hassan tower and mohamed vi tower. the included breakfast offered a good variety of options. the staff provided professional service throughout my stay. I appreciated their assistance.
i noticed a slight odor in the lobby, it reminded me of a cleaning product.

rooftop pool grand staircase
The rooftop pool provided a fine view of the surrounding area. We loved the refreshing swims after a day of exploring. the lobby was excellent. it featured a grand staircase and comfortable seating areas. We spent some time relaxing there. the security personnel were visible and attentive, ensuring a safe atmosphere.
the coffee and tea facilities in the room were subpar. the kettle was old. and it took a long time to heat water.

The staff was attentive and caring.. I found the common areas very pleasant. My room was clean and quiet. I liked that the two Oumaimah were very nice and the bell men were helpful.

The staff at the reception were great. i found the location to be near the marina and several good restaurants. breakfast had a wide selection of items each day. I particularly enjoyed the fresh juices and omelet station.
the bathroom had some issues, including a cracked floor. the shower curtain looked flimsy. these elements detracted from the overall experience, though they were minor.
