Quinta da Serra Bio Hotel offers 52 rooms, including 44 rooms and 4 Junior Suites in the New Wing, as well as 2 rooms and 2 Master Suites in the Main House. Rooms feature a balcony, private bathroom, living and work area, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, a minibar, and a flat-screen TV. Master Suites, located in the Manor House, include two bedrooms, a living room, a hydromassage bath, and original Madeiran furniture. Superior rooms are located on the 2nd, 3rd or 4th floors. Suites include a balcony and seating area.

The hotel offers multiple dining options. Green Valley Restaurant has capacity for 100 people and serves à la carte dinners with gastronomic specialties from Madeira. Dishes are prepared with organic products grown on the property. Henry's Bar, located on the first floor of the old building, serves signature cocktails, coffee, and drinks from 5:00 PM to 11:00 PM.
