unstaffed reception ant infestation

The reception was not staffed after 5 PM, I did not see an emergency contact number provided either. I found this unacceptable for a hotel of this category. Hundreds of ants were on the curtains and ant trails were in our room, after returning from a restaurant. It took a long time to get a new room.
