The shuttle bus from the airport made my arrival smooth. My friend parked their car at the hotel while we visited the city the next day. The staff were friendly and the venue was comfortable and clean.

My room had an adjoining door and the guests next door were very loud. They continued until 03:00. Nobody was at the front desk when I went to complain the second time.

The hotel offered a complimentary airport shuttle service. I found a coffee trailer on site which delivered directly to my room. My room had a kitchen perfect for preparing meals.

The corridor outside the room transmitted a lot of noise.

Really good Customer Service and Clean Rooms!

I found the location IDEAL for my travel needs. The kitchen was excellent. It seemed like a home away from home. Laundry facilities available are a VERY significant convenience, allowing me to pack lighter.

The 'cafe' is actually a food van parked near the front entrance, slightly different than expected.

The reception staff provided friendly customer service. This made a SIGNIFICANT difference. I saw that the staff were helpful. They even booked a taxi for an early morning departure. Check-in was easy and efficient.

The room was a perfect size and met all my needs . The room was very comfortable, clean, and tidy, and it was very well presented. The apartment was well appointed.

A coffee trailer is on site. This includes free delivery to the room. I found food materials available for purchase, a great convenience. These factors greatly enhanced the overall experience.

This location is convenient to petrol stations. This allowed me to top up the rental car before returning it. The area is close to the airport, facilitating easy access. The hotel is in the airport business park.
