Quest Kelvin Grove features 85 serviced apartments, including Studios, One, Two, and Three Bedroom Apartments. Studios offer a kitchenette and access to a free laundry. One, Two, and Three Bedroom Apartments include dining and lounge areas, a work desk, and laundry facilities. Apartments offer a combination of an oven, hotplates, microwave, fridge, glassware, crockery, cutlery, cooking utensils and dish washing facilities. The Three Bedroom Apartment can be configured with either king bed or two single beds in each of the two additional bedrooms and a sofa bed in the lounge room (additional charge). Select apartments provide a balcony with outdoor furniture. Each apartment includes ironing facilities, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, a sitting area, a dining table, and a flat-screen TV. Safety features include a fire extinguisher, smoke detector, security system, first aid kit, and window guards.
