“An oceanfront location and extensive resort amenities are balanced by reports of dated rooms and inconsistent service. While the setting and facilities aim for luxury, some experiences seem to fall short of the mark. I would say that potential guests should weigh the breadth of offerings against concerns about upkeep and attentiveness.”
