amazing clubgreat thierrygood activities
the kids' club was amazing. thierry was great with the children. we played table tennis, cards, and jenga. the swimming activities were really good with lots of things to do!!!

The room was very spacious. The view from the room was amazing with an ocean view. The free water activities are a real PLUS. I really enjoyed my massage at the spa. The masseuse was very attentive to my needs.
The check-in process was not great. There were some issues around parking and access. the hotel falls short of the standards I experienced elsewhere on the island.

There are several restaurants. I found the food to be quite good. Variety of food was ok. The Indian chef at the buffet was very helpful.

The location is lovely and the vibe is really great. This hotel is really close to the airport. It is very secure. The hotel sits on a peninsula.

The staff go above and beyond for you. I felt very welcomed. The staff were helpful. Krishna could not do enough for myself and my daughter.

the room was spacious. i secured a complimentary upgrade to a sea view room. the resort mirrored the photos posted, a TRUE representation. many water activities were included, a major plus.
the shower had MOLD. i am not sure why they ignored it. it was obvious and really disgusting.

my room was big. it included a soft, comfortable bed with fresh linen and towels. i found the aesthetics amazing. the room was very clean.

The mosaic restaurant featured amazing gourmet three course meals. i saw a lot of variety. the bar was GREAT. I tried new cocktails. the mini bar in your room was included.

the staff was friendly. they were helpful. the hotel manager. all the management introduced themselves to me. the receptionist Rosanna was friendly and helpful.

the location is a short 15 mins drive from airport. it has great security. i liked that it was lively at night. it's on an island connected by a bridge.
