The staff were polite. They smiled, said hello, did not stare. I found the place clean, and most things worked well. The prices were also good. (I especially liked the convenient parking).

I drove in and met the rudest guard ever. He gave the impression of wanting a fight with my partner and was all-around rude.

The staff was friendly, especially Ms. Hannah (she's a star!). She ensured my stay was comfortable. I appreciate she arranged a late check-out due to my late flight. The hotel offers good value for money, and my room was clean.
