the check-in staff seemed quite robotic with no welcome i found this a bit impersonal. accessing the balcony was impossible because the door was locked. the breakfast also felt overpriced for the quality provided the scrambled eggs seemed dry and industrial

The location proved very accessible. It was easy to reach many city attractions by foot. The hotel room was clean and tidy. I appreciated this level of upkeep.

The staff member at check-in seemed robotic. there was no personal welcome. I found it hard to get fresh air because the window opening was limited to 10 cm. This restriction was unfortunate.
