Great Stay Close to City Center

The hotel has an accessible location. It is about fifteen minutes on foot from the city center. A tram station is just outside with frequent service. The room was clean. It was also vividly decorated. I had coffee making facilities in the room. Extra pillows were available in the wardrobe. The air conditioning worked well. It kept the room cool. The staff were friendly and helpful. They provided excellent service. I received assistance with printing football tickets. They provided help with directions too.

The water temperature in the shower fluctuated quite a lot .

the front desk staffs were very professional, i found them very helpful! they really understood what a traveler needed. they provided a good service, which i really appreciated. the location was very good for where i was going, it made things so much easier!

The beds were not comfortable, especially the sofa turned into a bed! my daughter really struggled to sleep on it. the bathroom design was strange, especially the toilet. the shower had low water pressure, and the shower door did not close properly, ugh
