Senzill offers Mediterranean cuisine, blending tradition with creativity. The restaurant also has a wine cellar with more than 700 wines, and a trolley of house-speciality national artisan cheeses. Warm, homemade bread served on hot stones with olive oil precedes appetisers and dishes such as tiny calamari stuffed with oysters served with green peppercorn sauce, or lamb, marinated for 24 hours, accompanied by truffle foam and spicy rice.
