Some rooms are located across the street, in front of the main building, offering one or two double beds for up to 4 people (2 adults and 2 children under 12 years old). These rooms measure approximately 350 square feet (32 m2) and offer pillows and down duvets. The private bathroom has a shower, grab bars in the shower, hairdryer and toiletries. Rooms include a coffee maker with a complimentary coffee and tea kit, eco filters that provide purified water, shoe shine cloth, ceiling fan, air conditioning, wireless internet connection, a 42-inch TV with entertainment channels, writing desk, iron and ironing board, safety box.

Three majestic volcanoes (Volcán de Agua, Volcán de Fuego and Acatenango) stand guard over historic coffee estates. La Aurora is 40 km away and the hotel can organize the transfer at your arrival, with an additional surcharge. The hotel has a parking lot located two blocks from the main area, with free shuttle service to the hotel, which includes a charging station for electric vehicles.
