Poppies Hotel offers twenty thatch-roofed cottages set in gardens with hibiscus, jasmine, and frangipani. Each 38 sqm cottage has a king size bed, a terrace, and a flat-screen TV with cable channels and a CD/DVD player. The ensuite bathroom includes a shower, hairdryer, and free toiletries. Cottages also feature a dining area and a fridge. An individual audio system in each cottage includes DVD and CD players, an MP3 input jack, a double cassette player, and an FM radio. There is a DVD movie library and a CD library.

Poppies Restaurant, established in 1973, is located a few doors down the road and features an indoor dining room and bar, plus an alfresco dining area with greenery and koi ponds. Poppies Restaurant offers high quality local and international dishes at reasonable prices. Poppies Restaurant is known for fresh seafood and Indonesian and international cuisine in a romantic tropical garden setting. Recommended places to eat nearby are Telaga Naga Restaurant, Cafe Batu Jimbar, Tanjung Sari Hotel, and Bali Hyatt Pizzeria on the beach.
