Kaya's Place provides a range of rooms, each featuring unique artistic touches and local wood designs. Room 2 and Room 4 are on the 2nd floor and share two bathrooms with coldwater showers. Room 5 includes a queen-sized bed. Room 6 has air conditioning, a private bathroom, a balcony, and a full bed. Room 7, 8, 9, 10 and 11 include a hot water shower, screened windows, and a fan. Room 7 and 9 have ocean views and accommodate up to four guests; Room 9 also has a lock box. Room 11 also features an upper bunk bed with a desk and chair. Rooms 14 and 15 are next to the garden. Room 14 has a double bed and a single bed, with a max of 3 guests, and adjoins Room 15. Room 15 has a queen bed, air conditioning, colorful murals, shelves, a closet, a hot water shower, and a private patio; it accommodates a max of 2 guests. Room 17 features a king bed for a max of 2 guests, a wet bar, a patio, and a mini kitchen. Anexo III is a shared room for up to four guests with access to second-floor restrooms. Apartment 2 includes a fully equipped kitchen and three beds, accommodating up to 6 guests. Apartment 3 features a queen bed, a kitchen, a private hot shower, and a porch. A private cabin is available for larger groups with two bedrooms downstairs (each with two single beds), a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a hot water shower, a living space, a covered terrace, an upstairs balcony, and a large bedroom that holds up to five people.

The MEPE Terminal Gran Caribe Station offers daily express and local buses to Limon and Puerto Viejo. Several shuttle services offer airport and hotel pickup.
