The location was excellent. It allowed easy access to the national park and the beach.
The staff seemed uninterested, and I felt somewhat unwelcome. The promised daily cleaning service was inconsistent. One day they cleaned thoroughly, the next they barely touched the room. It made relaxing by the pool difficult.

The staff helped a lot with restaurant recommendations. They assisted in arranging park guides, it was very useful. The room was clean and the facilities well kept. The atmosphere around the pool, bar, and restaurant was peaceful and beautiful.

The restaurant provided good service and delicious food. The included breakfast was amazing and offered a wide variety of choices. Everything was great and i was charmed. I think that the food variety was very good.

Staff members were very helpful and accommodating, always ready to assist with any needs. They were so nice and friendly. The staff was always quick to respond to requests.

The room featured sufficient space for two people and was nicely set up. The room was lovely and clean. The a/c had already been turned on upon arrival, so the room was cool and provided great relief from the heat.

The hotel was quiet even with many travelers going to the park. I liked this. The park entrance and beach are only a five minute walk in either direction. The pool was clean and relaxing and not overly treated with chemicals.

Perfect Hotel Close to Everything!

I loved how close it was to the national park entrance! The staff were super friendly and helpful. The hotel also has a private reserve. I enjoyed hiking there and seeing local wildlife. The rooms were clean with great showers and many electrical outlets.

The breakfast buffet offered many fresh fruits, pastries, and hot dishes. I tried the local Desayuno Campesino. It was a delicious and authentic Costa Rican breakfast. I recommend it.

The hotel is split into two locations near each other, each with a pool. The upper hotel site has a bar and restaurant, serving breakfast. I loved the beautiful hillside outdoor dining area for lunch and dinner. Such a treat!

They provided box lunches when I had an early tour of the national park. I did miss breakfast. That was very much appreciated.

The hotel's location is amazing! It is so close to the beach and national park. I didn't need a taxi . Everything I needed was within walking distance.

The breakfast quality disappointed me considering other options I had during my trip. It presented as a buffet, but the selections looked tired even early in the morning. I found it quite unappetizing. the room seemed a bit basic. There were not many hooks for drying towels, a small thing but annoying. The bathroom felt modern, but its size was noticeably small.

The hotel is a short walk to the park and the public beach. The double cabanas with fans and lights are a great addition. The staff was helpful and the grounds were beautiful. The pool was clean and relaxing.
The rooms were a little basic, i think more hooks for drying towels in the bathroom would be useful.

The hotel has a strategic location. It is a short four minute walk from the entrance of the park. The hotel offers proximity to the beach and the national park, this is a huge advantage.

The room was spacious and clean. It had plenty of space for two people and it was very nicely set up. The AC had already been turned on when we arrived, a welcome relief.

The staff was friendly, helpful and accommodating. The hotel booked our tours. This made things nice and easy and the breakfast included had many tasty options available in the buffet.

the staff were amazing, they provided beach towels. the hotel restaurant was good, i ate there twice. the location was perfect, its easy to get to the beach. the gardens are well maintained.
the room was very basic. it could of had more hooks for the towels to dry.
