welcome drink 24-hour gym breakfast buffet short notice unprofessional staff reservation cancellation

the room included a welcome drink upon arrival. i had access to a 24-hour gym, convenient. the breakfast buffet offered a huge selection (i liked the variety).

the hotel canceled my reservation only 48 hours before arrival. this happened without any prior notice, inconvenient (especially since it was a busy time). the staff seemed rude and unprofessional to me.

welcome champagne breakfast buffet early check-in

The room included a welcome bottle of champagne and a fruit platter upon arrival. The breakfast buffet offered allergy labels on all food and also gluten-free options. I received an early check-in, as my room was ready when i arrived (around noon).

The music by the pool started early and was loud (i could hear it from my room).

I found the rooms clean with great balcony views. the location was close to both the beach and walking areas. breakfast offered a large selection with many choices, i really liked the pool areas. the spa was also good. I found it quite relaxing.
