Great stay!

nice garden amazing view helpful staff private retreat

The hotel garden is very nice. I loved the lobby view as it features such amazing landscape. The staff was kind and helpful, every time I needed something. Our villa had a private pool and garden, such a peaceful retreat after exploring during the day.

The traffic nearby was a bit heavy sometimes.

The infinity pool overlooks the valley and is excellent. Massages are available. I tried one and it was very satisfying. The whole hotel consists of villas and they have greenery all around.

Breakfast has a selection of Indonesian and Western dishes. It has a great selection of food for breakfast and it has lots of choices. The menu for breakfast and dinner had a great selection.

The location overlooks the valley. There are a supermarket and a money exchange shop. It is close to many restaurants and convenience shops. The hotel also offers a shuttle to the town.

underwhelming stay despite nice setting

steep stairs dim lighting

The setting overlooking the jungle was lovely. the gardens and statues were lovely. It was pleasing to see.

The hotel is quite steep with a lot of stairs. It is definitely unsuitable for anyone with mobility issues. my villa had dim lighting with dark wood, this made it hard to see. also, the wooden cupboards around the fridge were falling off.

complimentary shuttle smooth day trip effective air conditioning

I found the resort provided complimentary shuttle service to the town center. i also appreciated the daily breakfast. It went smoothly. the driver's vehicle had very effective air conditioning and was comfortable.

the wifi signal was weak in some areas. i experienced occasional drops in connectivity. this made it difficult to stream videos.

poor water pressure inconvenient location

The staff was very accommodating and always greeted me with a smile.

The experience did NOT meet my expectations. The shower had very poor water pressure. I think the showerhead was blocked. I also found the hotel is not close to the town, inconvenient. I expected more for the price (especially with the spa treatments being overpriced).

amazing bali experience!

birthday cake infinity pool lush jungle

the staff surprised my daughter with a birthday cake upon arrival, it was such a thoughtful touch. the infinity pool had awesome views, i saw so many squirrels plus lush jungle. nature was everywhere. It's everything i could ask for in a vacation.

the stairs posed a problem. there are a lot of stairs, and that is not so convenient for people who are not that mobile.
