Acceptable Stay in the City Center
friendly staff excellent location clean room old-fashioned building limited reception missing breakfast
The staff were super friendly. They were always ready to help with anything I needed! The location is excellent. The hotel is very close to the bus station and the city center. The room was very clean. That's a big plus for me. I was happy.
The building seems a little old-fashioned. This is a concern! There is no 24/7 reception. This could be a problem for late arrivals or emergencies. I wish they provided breakfast. It would be more convenient. Still, there are lots of restaurants nearby.

I liked the hotel location. It is close to shops and restaurants. The bus terminal is also close, so i can take buses easily. The staff were very friendly. The room was clean and had everything i needed.

The staff receptions is helpful and friendly ALL the time. The ladies at the front desk gave recommendations about the island. The check-in process was quick. Staff couldn't be MORE helpful.

the staff were amazing! they were friendly and helpful! our room was immaculate and had all the amenities we needed! the location was also great, right downtown!

friendly staff professional staff central location convenient shuttle
the staff were very friendly and helpful. they were always happy to help and very professional (i really appreciated that). the location is basically in the heart of the city. i was very close to the town center, just a short walk. the hotel also arranged a shuttle from the airport for me.
the building seemed a little old fashioned.
