There is no shuttle service available for this property. However, a private town car service can be arranged through the concierge desk, with prices depending on the number of passengers. Alternatives for transportation include rideshare services like Lyft and Uber, taxis, or the Link Light Rail, which connects the airport to downtown Seattle. The train ride takes about 40 minutes to West Lake Station, located just a couple of blocks from the hotel.

The parking garage has a height limitation of 6'7". A Chevy Tahoe should fit without issues as long as there is nothing atop the vehicle. There is also top-level parking available within the property.

Breakfast is not automatically included with a standard stay. However, if you book the Breakfast package, it will be included. The Spruce Café is open from 7 AM to 11 AM if you'd like to purchase breakfast or enjoy coffee until noon.

Valet parking is offered at a rate of $61.00 per night, inclusive of taxes. This includes 24-hour access to your vehicle, allowing in-and-out privileges until checkout.

While early check-in cannot be guaranteed, the hotel will do its best to accommodate special requests. Luggage storage is also available if your room is not ready upon arrival.

The hotel is situated just two short blocks from the Link Light Rail train station, providing easy access to public transportation. The station at the airport also connects directly to West Lake Station, which is close to the hotel.
