I am so grateful for the secure and easy parking. It made arrival stress-free. the breakfast selection was high quality, i really appreciated the variety. i liked the friendly team who looked after the restaurant. They were always helpful.
the timing of the start of the evening meal at 8.30pm felt too late for me.

The room was spacious and clean, it had comfortable beds with good bed linen. i also had a safe and toiletries, convenient. the balcony included two comfortable chairs. It allowed for relaxation.

This marked my second time at the hotel, reinforcing my positive impression. the staff remained cute. our superior room located on the fourth floor seemed updated. i particularly appreciated the walk-in shower. There was no tub in our bathroom.
i missed having coffee making facilities in the room. the absence of a kettle was a little disappointing.

a stay with some drawbacks
broken air conditioningslow service
The air conditioning didn't work well. it made the room too hot and uncomfortable for sleeping. also, the service felt slow. Often there were long waits when i needed assistance at breakfast. i wish the staff was more attentive to guests needs.
