mixed experience. certain aspects need improvement
unclean room poor air conditioning
the staff was very friendly. the location was also quite convenient.
i encountered some issues with the room service. the room wasn't properly cleaned one day. additionally, the air conditioning in the hallways was not working, creating an uncomfortably warm environment

excellent service breakfast selection
the staff provided excellent service (with smiles!). they handled our luggage. the breakfast buffet had a great selection. the concierge arranged tours and dinner reservations for us.
i noticed a lack of a handrail on the main stairs. this could be an issue for some guests.
