Excellent Hotel Experience

great location very nice breakfast attentive staff

The breakfast choice was very nice. Staff anticipated my requirements perfectly. The location offered easy access to Bilbao via metro in just 25 minutes. This was also very inexpensive. The staff were attentive. They ensured my car was ready at the front door with the boot open for luggage loading.

The hotel includes modern facilities and offers a very clean environment. Newly furbished spaces were apparent throughout my stay, including a flight of steps in the bedroom.

The hotel features a wonderful location overlooking the bay. I appreciated the views from the terrace and the pool area. This made the hotel really good and gave it an air of class, extending to the surrounding neighbourhood.

Breakfast offered a wide selection. Everything seemed fresh, and it was well prepared. I also found the restaurant to be of top quality. The wine list was extensive, providing many choices to complement each meal .
