loud clunking elevator shaft

the breakfast was good and had a nice variety of options.

i booked a room, but upon arrival, i learned i was moved to another tower. this tower was actually their sister hotel around the corner, which wasnt the 'luxury' i expected. the room was right next to the elevator shaft, so i noticed loud clunking noises all day and night.

poor window quality noisy room

the breakfast buffet was acceptable, with a decent range of options.

i had booked a room promising quietness, away from noise. upon arrival, i was assigned a room right in front of the elevator. the poor window quality allowed every noise to penetrate. i requested a change, but the replacement was only a few meters away and still noisy.
