The hotel was quite clean, which i appreciated. mr ahmad adam at reception offered invaluable assistance and guidance. He was genuinely kind! i found the food quite good, especially the dinner offerings. the sea view from the location enhanced my stay.

underwhelming stay with some issues

rude staff terrible wifi

the location was good with a sea view.

i was disappointed with the rude staff, especially at reception (i wanted to call my airlines urgently, but they said they do not have a landline). the room smelled like cigarettes and was dusty. the wifi was terrible too (unusable for any serious work).

the room was clean and spacious new towels were provided daily the pool got sun all day. a food mall was only a few minutes walk away from the beach. the hotel provided free pool tables and table tennis.

I appreciated the swimming pools. The grounds were spacious for walks. Access to the sea was convenient using the provided transfer. I also enjoyed the park nearby. The hotel had four swimming pools. The territory is big, and I could walk easily. The sea is near for walking or transfer. The park provides space for running or walking. I enjoyed the large territory and variety of activities.

The food choices were somewhat limited, especially if you prefer less vegetables. It was difficult to slim down with so many tasty options. The snacks were not always available before meals.
