Oz'Inn Hotel & Spa features rooms up to 28 square meters and suites up to 60 square meters. All guestrooms include air conditioning, free WiFi, a flat-screen TV with cable channels, and a laptop-compatible safe. Rooms include a terrace with garden furniture, and Nespresso coffee machine. Suites add a living room with a large flat-screen TV and home cinema, a Mac computer, and a private terrace with a hot tub. Each room provides a mini-bar, electric kettle, and a bathroom with free toiletries. Premium rooms, up to 30 square meters, are no-smoking. Some suites feature a jacuzzi.

The property offers two bar areas. Buffet breakfast is served each day from 8 AM to noon in the lounge area or on the patio, with a selection of hot drinks, fruit juices, pastries, cereals, and organic items.
