the hotel suited my needs well. the location is central, and i had very easy access to the metro. the staff was also kind and helpful .

the sound insulation in my room was not very good , and the noise from the road was quite loud. i could feel the vibrations from the metro passing below, especially at night.

The hotel's location worked very well, putting me steps away from major attractions. The staff (Justine!) were kind and helpful, I felt genuinely welcome. The room was very very comfy and tidy, it even included luxurious toiletries (I love those little details!). The water pressure in the shower was amazing, that was one of the best showers I have ever had.

The sound insulation could be slightly better (I'm a light sleeper).

I enjoyed the spaciousness of the suite. the bathroom had Diptyque products. I appreciated that BRAND greatly. the hotel location allowed easy walking distances to major attractions. The metro was also close by. the staff was friendly and answered questions efficiently.

the elevator made a strange NOISE sometimes.
