overpriced dinner late music
Dinner at the restaurant was a disappointment. Food quality did not justify its high price. There was also loud music played late into the night that disturbed sleep. This noise was quite bothersome and made rest difficult.

room upgrade comfy bed soaked table lacked care
The breakfast had great options and a very good quality. The hotel give me a room upgrade for free, which I'm grateful for. The balcony had overlooking pool and it was lovely. The bed, king size, was very comfy to sleep in.
The hotel restaurant experience felt atrocious from start to finish. We were seated at a table completely soaked from rain and nobody noticed. The member of staff seemed to lack care when I gave feedback about our meal.

extensive buffet local pastries convenient shuttle
the breakfast buffet was extensive, with many local pastries. the mini mozzarella was delicious. the free shuttle to the airport was so convenient, and the drivers were always punctual. the smart tv in my room was a good addition for entertainment.
the gym equipment was a little dated.

the staff was helpful with directions and local recommendations. they arranged a taxi for me quickly, and the front desk always had someone available. the shuttle service was a significant benefit.
