Ocean Terrace Suites

Ocean Terrace Condominiums, located on a bluff in Lincoln City, offers oceanside condominium suites with fully equipped kitchens and private beach access. Suites feature a separate bedroom, patio or deck, coffee maker, cooking utensils, and TVs in the living room and bedroom with a DVD player. All suites include bedding, towels, and complimentary Wi-Fi. Certain courtyard suites on the first floor lack a deck and separate bedroom.

Amenities On-Site

Guests can relax in the heated pool, open 365 days a year from 9 AM to 7 PM. There is also a recreation room with ping-pong and billiards tables, with paddles, balls, and cue sticks available for checkout. An ice machine and soft drink machine are located in the recreation room.

Beach Access

The property features private beach access via a stairway leading to the beach. Guests can explore tide pools north of the property near Spanish Head, and the Siletz River mouth is a short walk south. The beach is suited for agate hunting and searching for Finders Keepers glass floats. A mini-loop can be walked between the property's steps and the Taft public beach access.

Local Activities

Ocean Terrace Condominiums is near shopping, fishing, and hiking. Nearby attractions include the Oregon Coast Aquarium and museums. Guests can visit the Oceanlake Shopping District north of the 'D' River for antique stores and boutiques, or the Taft Shopping District for surf shops and the North Lincoln County Historical Museum. Regatta Park, with jungle gyms and picnic tables, is located on West Devil's Lake Road. Olde Line Bowling, located at 316 SE Highway 101, offers bowling in a retro atmosphere.

Area Entertainment

Mariner Square in Newport, home to Ripley's Believe It or Not and Louis Tussaud's Waxworks, is a popular destination. Eden Hall & Side Door Cafe in Gleneden Beach offers a meeting/concert/banquet room. Disc golf courses can be found at South Beach State Park, Wilder DGC in Newport, and Red River DGC in Waldport. Dockside Charters (270 Coast Guard Dr, Depoe Bay) and Tradewinds Charters (Highway 101, Depoe Bay) offer whale watching and fishing charters.
