noisy room unfriendly staff

the free on-site parking was definitely a bonus.

The room was really noisy. i could hear everything from the bathroom next door. also, some staff were not friendly, they should smile more. It would improve the overall atmosphere.

the parking was very convenient for my rental car.

The room looked quite worn. It differed significantly from the photos displayed online. also, the pool area lacked service completely. getting a simple drink required a trek back to reception.
