Acceptable Stay, but Some Issues

The gym was amazing. I appreciated the variety of equipment available.

The pillows were not good. They provided very little support. I had to look up the service number, and I spent 15 hours trying to get someone to answer the landline. It was quite frustrating

The lobby design incorporates modern elements. The restaurant service was attentive. The food presentation was visually appealing. I used the complimentary airport shuttle. The shuttle ran on schedule every hour.

The bathroom lacked a non-slip mat near the shower.

Excellent service, great stay

efficient service hourly shuttle

I appreciated the prompt and efficient service. the hourly airport shuttle was very convenient (it saved me a lot of hassle). i also enjoyed the food. Breakfast was hearty. i especially liked the idlis with various chutneys.

the room i got had a frosted glass wall that separated the washroom. it offered zero privacy and made an annoying noise (sliding it open or closed was a pain).

mixed feelings about this visit

damp smell unanswered call

The location was acceptable because it was close to the airport.

The room I initially received had a previous leak and smelled strongly of damp. I called reception twice, BUT no one answered. It then took them a while to find another room. This wasted time meant i had less sleep.
