serene escape under the aurora
picture windows personal sauna
the two-story suite featured beautiful picture windows, perfect for viewing the snowy landscape. it included a fully equipped bathroom with a shower. a personal four-person sauna. i appreciated the electric blinds, which allowed us to lie in bed and watch the aurora borealis at night.
there were no toiletries initially provided in the room, and i had to request them from the receptionist.

yasmina at the front desk was helpful throughout my stay, a detail i particularly valued. the staff assisted me promptly , addressing any concerns i had about my room, and offered useful tips for local experiences.

the room was spacious and clean , complete with ample hanging space and a boot rack near the entrance. a refrigerator and fully stocked minibar were available downstairs in the lounge area. upstairs, i found a comfortable double bedroom with its own adjacent bathroom.

modern design perfect cleaning lack of toiletries stained mat
The room cleaning was perfect. The room design was very modern!
There were no toiletries provided, I asked the receptionist about it. I was told that they don't usually provide them, though she did find some for me eventually! There were also no towels initially, I was given a stained floor mat instead, it was very strange.
