Rooms for families
NockResort has family rooms and suites with space for everyone. Family suites in the Kristall building measure 45 m² and feature a balcony, a large children's room with two single beds and a loft bed, plus a bathroom with a shower and toilet, and another bathroom with a bathtub and toilet. Room amenities include satellite TV, a safe, and a hairdryer. Some rooms have mountain views.
Dining at NockResort
The hotel offers a 3/4 gourmet board, starting with coffee and cake on arrival and ending with breakfast on departure. The restaurant serves a Carinthian country buffet. A rich selection of bread, rolls, sausage, cheese, spreads, fruit, vegetables, milk, juices, water, and tea are available at the breakfast buffet. For younger guests, there is a children's buffet. There is a popular bar with coffee, tea, cocktails, and a small à la carte menu.
Leisure and wellness
Guests can use the 1,000 m² NockSpa, which includes an indoor pool, whirlpool, panoramic saunas, and relaxation rooms with mountain views. Massages and beauty treatments are available. For recreation, there is a play area with a bouldering wall, table tennis, and Xbox Kinect, plus a large hotel garden with a giant trampoline. The hotel also provides a children's and teenagers' program.
Location and activities
NockResort is located on a 6,000 m² area on the sunny side of Bad Kleinkirchheim, near the center of Bach. In winter, the hotel is next to the ski slope and ski school, with access to the Bad Kleinkirchheim ski area with 103 kilometers of slopes. In summer, the hotel is surrounded by the Nock Mountains, offering hiking and mountain biking trails. The 200 km² UNESCO Nock Mountains Biosphere Park offers marked hiking trails and cycle routes. The hotel is 60 km from Klagenfurt.
Services and extras
NockResort offers ski equipment rental on-site. The hotel provides a free ski-spa-bus in winter and a free Kärnten Card during the summer. There is free Wi-Fi throughout the hotel and free underground parking. A cozy day and evening bar is available and offers space for socializing, relaxing, playing, casual online errands with a refreshing drink and snacks in between.
