The location proved ideal. It was close to the train station. the staff located a laundry within walking distance which was helpful. i appreciated the proximity to major attractions such as the colosseum. it was within easy reach by foot.
the air conditioning did not function. i had to open the windows. noise from outside made sleep difficult

I found staff very helpful at reception. Location was a big plus because it was close to Termini. The room included a coffee maker, which I used every morning. I liked having a hairdryer right in the room also.
The lift was quite small, I could only fit one other person in it.

The location was convenient. Walking from the main train station was easy. I found many excellent restaurants nearby. Local transport access was great. My room was switched quickly when the initial one needed maintenance. The staff was very helpful. The breakfast was a continental style I appreciated.
The lift was a bit small. It only fits two people at once, but this was only a minor inconvenience.
