superb location easy parking helpful staff poor isolation few vegetables empty items

The hotel has a superb location for visiting the city center. Parking was surprisingly easy. I found the staff to be helpful and kind.

The isolation in the rooms was substandard. I could hear noise from the corridor. Breakfast had very few vegetables. I noticed that many items were empty at 9 AM, and waiting was necessary for them to be refilled.

convenient location friendly staff reasonable car park useful ramp

The hotel is very close to the harbor (a very convenient location). The staff at check-in were friendly. The nearby car park had reasonable prices. There is a ramp for bags. This made arrival smoother.

The breakfast was fine, but it was not what I expected based on the photos I had seen online.

The reception team was helpful. They provided clear directions. The staff were really good too ensure travelers felt comfortable, offering assistance and addressing concerns efficiently, such as the ironing process.
