The hotel is very close to the harbor (a very convenient location). The staff at check-in were friendly. The nearby car park had reasonable prices. There is a ramp for bags. This made arrival smoother.

The breakfast was fine, but it was not what I expected based on the photos I had seen online.

The reception team was helpful. They provided clear directions. The staff were really nice too ensure travelers felt comfortable, offering assistance and addressing concerns efficiently, such as the ironing process.
