amiable staff great location religious event available breakfast

The staff were amiable. The reception staff in particular provided us with all the info we needed to move around the area. The hotel is well located, five minutes walk from the metro and next door to the police station. There are MANY eating places nearby for breakfast, lunch, or dinner.

The amplified religious event below the bedroom window was loud with no warning. This made sleep IMPOSSIBLE.

friendly staff short walk

i stayed at this hotel for several nights, and the staff was very friendly. i particularly appreciated the readily available coffee and tea in the lounge next to the 24-hour reception, it was always available when i needed it. the location worked well as it was a short walk from the şişhane metro station. it made traveling around the city quite easy

the room i had was a bit small.

Really good Service and Great Location

clean room daily service helpful staff

The room was clean. Daily cleaning service happened without request. The reception staff were helpful and spoke many languages (Rüstem was especially great).

The room size was a bit small, and the sound insulation wasn't the best. I could hear noises from outside.

The staff members were very helpful . They assisted with luggage and booked taxis at fair rates. They also provided information about local attractions, especially for first-time visitors.
