wonderful stay!

breakfast selection cozy chair

the breakfast selection was amazing with a great variety. our room had a nice cozy chair, which i especially appreciated. the hotel arranged taxi pick-up from naples plus ferry tickets to ischia and taxi service upon arrival, so convenient! staff was so sweet too.

the coffee could be improved, it didn't match the overall high standards of the hotel.

the reception staff were helpful and attentive, always ready to assist with any questions. the concierge readily provided information about island activities and transportation. laundry service was quick, convenient and cheaper than in town.

the rooftop hot tub gave lovely sunsets. staff were helpful, they promptly replied to emails. rooms had amazing views, i enjoyed my stay. breakfast offered tasty cakes from clara.

the hotel arranged taxi pick up in naples but it did not include clear instructions for the meeting point at the port with some confusion.
