Naxos Magic Village features 45 air-conditioned rooms accessible via exterior corridors. Each apartment provides a living room, free WiFi, and an LCD TV with satellite channels. Rooms include a mini fridge, kitchenette, coffee/tea maker, new mattresses and pillows, satellite TV, and hairdryer. Certain units also include a seating area for convenience. Certain room options enjoy views over the Aegean Sea and Naxos Town, and others have a terrace with an inner courtyard view.

The on-site Naxos Magic Village Restaurant serves Greek and Mediterranean dishes enriched with local specialties. Naxos Magic Village is built amphitheatrically on the slope of Stelida hill. It is 150 metres from Stelida Beach and 800 metres from Agios Prokopios tourist resort and beach. The archaeological site of Portara is 5.5 km away. Naxos Island National Airport is 5 km away. The hotel offers views of the harbor and the Venetian castle, which stands on top of Naxos Town.
