Hotel Nautica, located in the ancient town of Novigrad, offers 38 rooms and 4 apartments with LCD TVs, minibars, and air conditioning. The Navigare Restaurant accommodates 150 guests and features an open kitchen. The restaurant serves traditional Istrian recipes with fish, seafood, olive oil, wine, asparagus, and truffles. Guests can enjoy a three-course gourmet dinner chosen by 2 Michelin star Executive Chef Stefano Cosattini upon arrival. An on-site Booze and Blues bar serves drinks and provides evening entertainment. Guests can enjoy the early evening with various cocktails. An included cooked-to-order breakfast is available.
