AVRA Estiatorio, Myst's restaurant, is headed by Chef George Skopelitis, and its terrace overlooks gardens and the Aegean Sea. Breakfast is served a la carte from 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM and features pastries, cheeses, breads, marmalades, and yogurt. Lunch and dinner include salads, grilled meats, and seafood. Modern takes on classics such as Truffle Risotto and Braised Beef on Celery Root Puree are also available. The bar boasts a full Champagne menu, local and imported wines and beers, exclusive imported vodkas, fragrant coffees, organic smoothies and juices, as well as signature cocktails.
