central location good comfort modern design helpful staff

the location was excellent, very close to the central station. the room included air conditioning and the bed provided good comfort. i found the modern design appealing. the staff demonstrated helpfulness.

a towel showed some wear, it had a small tear.

a rather underwhelming stay

The location was acceptable. It was close to public transport.

The room was small. I seemed like i was in a closet! there was also a strange odor in the bathroom. It smelled like old plumbing and wasn't very appealing. the staff wasn't particularly helpful when i inquired about it.

great location comfortable bed

i liked the location it was near the city center. breakfast was good and i thought the staff were nice. the towels were also warm and fresh. the bed was comfortable, i could relax.

the bathroom had a bad smell. i think the drain was the issue. sleeping was difficult without earplugs due to poor soundproofing. i could hear neighbors clearly.

the hotel sits close to many underground stations, about five minutes walk to the u4 metro line. it is around two kilometers from marienplatz, approximately a thirty minutes walk. the area offers good connection to public transportation.

my room had enough space for one person and was reasonably clean and tidy. the bed was comfortable. there was a separate entrance without reception i could open with my keycard.

I appreciated the proximity to public transport. The hotel is near a train station. Breakfast offered a good selection of products. The staff was helpful and friendly.
