Breakfast provided a great variety of options each morning. I found the selection excellent. the staff were helpful and always available to assist with any requests. the hotel offered a complimentary shuttle service, convenient for going to town. the room was spacious and very clean. I especially liked the comfortable bed.

the hotel's location required a short but steep climb, especially noticeable after long days.

the room was spacious and clean with balconies on both sides offering views of little adam's peak and ella rock. the bathroom also offered a view a nice surprise. the pool was very clean and featured a great view. the super nice team and friendly enhancing our experience.

the steep hill to the hotel requires using their shuttle service which operates within limited hours.

The hotel has a fabulous location with a 360-degree view. It includes ella rock little adam's peak ella gap and a gorgeous waterfall. lifts were offered each time we left making accessibility very easy .

the room WAS well equipped.

the access TO the hotel IS terrible. the shuttle CANNOT take TOO many people AND it was RAINING so few OF the group HAD to walk UP in the RAIN. children WERE terrified WITH the access.

I REALLY appreciated the 2 balconies with different views from my room. The rooftop bar offered a great selection of drinks, including French sparkling wine. I could see this hotel from my hikes because of its central location. The staff were super friendly, a great plus.

The access to the hotel is difficult, a very slight inconvenience, ESPECIALLY if walking.

The staff was amazing and very helpful upon arrival! the hotel offers a shuttle service to the main road. it makes access easier. rooms are very comfortable and include comfortable beds. I slept soundly. the hotel provides amazing views.

access to the hotel is quite steep and tuk tuks struggled with the hill. taxis would not take us on that road to the hotel. it was inconvenient.

bad location loud noise

The food was nice at the restaurant. I found the choice was plentiful.

My room had a really bad location. There was no view at all and the noise at night bothered me. A tuktuk sat outside late and I heard it often. The AC switched off then on almost every hour. Each time, it beeped very loudly.

The hotel has an infinity pool on the rooftop offering fine views. It sits on the 5th floor. our room included two balconies to get views from both sides. the breakfast offered many choices and was nicely thought out.

i paid with a standard visa, so the extra charges were unexpected.

the staff provided lifts each time i left the hotel. they were professional and always friendly. the staff shows obvious pride in the hotel and enthusiasm for their job. i experienced a warm welcome.
