Mina and diana are amazing. check-in was quick and easy. the whole place smelled super fresh and clean. i really appreciated their helpfulness and the positive vibes they brought to the hotel!!!
the highway noise was a bit much. it was hard to ignore at times. i think better soundproofing would make a big difference.

the queen room with two queen beds was spacious and well kept. the beds were really comfortable and i had plenty of space for my belongings. the room included all essential amenities, such as a tv and coffee maker.

the hotel locate near many restaurant and shop! they provide free parking for car. hotel staff especially diana, mina, and hilton are very attentive! the hotel got heated pool and a shuttle bus to universal studios i use.
i notice room not got coffee maker. this is a little annoying cause i like coffee in morning. i hope they consider adding coffee maker to the rooms!
