a splendid experience

the staff was cute and helpful when i needed assistance. i appreciated the secure underground car parking, which gave me peace of mind . the breakfast had much variety to choose from, and i considered it a wonderful start to each day though the breakfast room was very busy.
it caused some delay reaching my room with my luggage. i hope this is addressed quickly.

the bedroom had a good size, complete with a balcony, it was lovely to sit out in the evening. the sound isolation worked well, therefore the room had a quiet atmosphere. the bathroom included all essential toiletries.

I appreciated the early checkout arrangement. The hotel provided a boxed breakfast. The night porter kindly made us coffees too. The staff proved very friendly and helpful, remembering us and our room (such attention!). The breakfast buffet included a really good range of food.

The breakfast had a big variety (I liked the fresh juice option).
I had to carry my luggage up three floors, and nobody offered to help. The room was also quite warm. There was no air conditioning.
