the location was near a mall. the breakfast buffet was very good. i enjoyed the variety of options available and the quality of the food exceeded my expectations. the staff was friendly and professional .

the paid parking felt expensive for an overnight stay.

The receptionist was helpful during check-in. They pointed out the breakfast location.

The room was too hot when I arrived. The air conditioning did not work at all. I had to ask for a fan, but it barely helped cool down the room. It was a very uncomfortable night.

the hotel had a great location with easy access to shopping across the street. the staff was pleasant, and the overall environment was very quiet. i enjoyed a nice walk around the lake situated nearby. car parking availability added convenience.

amazing food friendly team nice location

The breakfast had AMAZING food choices. The team was also very friendly and professional. The hotel's location is very nice, close to the banks of a lake and opposite a mall.

The elevators moved EXTREMELY slowly.

The room was large with ample storage space. the beds were adjustable, helpful! location was convenient with a shopping mall nearby. there was also a restaurant in the foyer. Made dining easy.

i called ahead to check room availability but upon arrival, the initially assigned room was not clean.

The front desk staff were friendly. They always greeted me with a smile. the staff were helpful when i asked about local attractions. They provided useful maps. the concierge efficiently arranged transportation. That saved me valuable time.
