I found the staff kind and attentive. They remembered my name each day. breakfast was a lavish spread with a wide array of fresh pastries, fruits, and hot dishes. the rooftop restaurant was a delight, it had panoramic views and perfect service. the indoor pool and spa area provided a serene escape after long days.
i noticed some slight wear and tear on the bathroom fixtures, i think a little updating would elevate the experience further.

Our room was spacious, with a separate living area and desk, I found it so convenient. The bathroom was huge, with both a bathtub and shower. It felt luxurious. I appreciated the in-room kettle and coffee maker, a thoughtful touch. The hotel's proximity to many restaurants made dining out easy!!!
I noticed the spa seemed a bit outdated.

The gym was better than i expected. It included a separate dance and stretch area with good equipment. they brought me extra water and an iron, and they checked on me daily. the cleaners were also very good!
the hotel and the staff are good, but the room was next to a roof with an air conditioning system, and the noise was terrible! though constant humming, it was unpleasant.
