unclean room uninterested staff

i found the room wasn't as clean as it should be the bathroom needs some serious upgrades. i suspect i got bitten by bedbugs the towels and bed linen felt old and didn't smell fresh. also the front desk staff seemed uninterested they didn't offer help with luggage or even greet guests entering the hotel
