I appreciated the warm indoor swimming pool. i found it especially relaxing after a long day. the internet access worked well. I could connect easily from my room! the staff were particularly lovely, they helped.

i noticed some wear on the balcony door. it didn't close perfectly, a minor inconvenience. i am confident this small issue can be addressed easily.

I found the staff very helpful. They cleaned rooms daily and changed towels. The breakfast included freshly fried donuts and crepes. The internet access was reliable, even in guest rooms.

The elevator was frequently out of service. This caused delays and inconvenience to guests. The hotel needs to address this maintenance issue promptly.

the staff were lovely and helpful, always with a smile! the food was tasty, with a nice variety of local dishes. the warm indoor swimming pool was a great bonus, especially in the evenings.

the air conditioning didn't work properly making the room humid. the cleanliness could improve. the bedsheets weren't great and there were few sockets near the bed. the tv in my room was outdated.
